Medium intensity form deep violet to brick red color. Blackberry and licorice mature.
Tempranillo with aroma of wooden barrel such as vanilla or tobacco.
Long and broad intensity from an excellent aging bottle.
Accompanies meat, stew and rice dishes. Cured and blue cheeses as well.

Tierra de barros
The region of Tierra de Barros is practically flat, with fertile soils, rich in nutrients
and with remarkable capacity for water retention. It has an average altitude of 521 meters above sea level.
The climate is quite dry, with high temperatures in summer,
accentuated by the action of the solar wind. Precipitation ranges between 350 and 450 mm. year.
